We serve a delicious, full, hot breakfast each morning unless guests have previously requested a continental breakfast.  For early flights a "to go" breakfast can be prepared.  With advanced notice, we are happy to prepare Vegetarian or other special diet breakfasts.

Each evening we serve a dessert or fruit... delivered to your room.  There is always hot or iced tea or cokes available.

Tucson has many wonderful restaurants in various price ranges.   Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Vietnamese, Vegetarian, Steak houses, Grills, etc.  We will be happy to assist you with choosing the best eateries for you.  We have some menus available.

Reservations:  To reserve a room we will need your credit card number.  It is best to call us personally with this information.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover cards.

Check in time:   4:00 to 6:00 pm  (If you will be arriving after 6:00pm, please contact us in advance.)

Check out time:  12:00pm  (If you have a later flight you are welcome to remain in our home, even though you must vacate your room for incoming guests.)

Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival in order to receive a refund; however,  $25.00 will be charged with the balance refunded.  No refunds during the 2 week cancellation period unless your room is re-rented, in which case only the $25.00 fee will be charged with the balance refunded accordingly.  During the months of February & March we require a 30 day notice of cancellation.
